Summary:
Building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialist is always the primary consideration.
The Customer Service Clerk is a key member of our overall Customer Experience Team who plays an essential role in the accurate billing and on-time, safe delivery of products to our customers while also acting as a phone representative for the lab.
The Specialist ensures that orders are entered into our system properly, invoiced properly and shipped to our doctors on time and with care.

Essential Functions:
Provide friendly, effective and efficient communication with customers to ensure customer satisfaction Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly Ensure the on-time delivery of cases and customer satisfaction with the quality of the work Responsible for opening and disinfecting incoming cases from our various carriers Accurately enter orders into our system for proper scheduling throughout the lab Accurately invoice and bill completed orders Package and ship products according to BonaDent Standards to ensure that cases are delivered on-time, safely Other responsibilities as needed Location:
