Summary:
The Human Resource Administrator is responsible for performing HR-related duties while working closely with members the Human Resources Department and members of the management team to support BonaDent's mission, vision, core values and culture across the entire organization, at all locations.
This role plays a vital key in supporting the organization's goals of building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialists while promoting a culture built around employee engagement, work life balance, training, accountability, recognition, and growth.
Responsibilities, Duties, and
Essential Functions:
Provide friendly, professional communication to ensure a positive experience with the Human Resources department Staffing logistics including job descriptions, offers and benefits communication.
Responsible for the onboarding and orientation process, ensuring that a new employee's transition into the organization is a smooth, positive, and successful experience.
Assist with the preparation of performance review documentation, scheduling, and follow-up.
Tracks and maintains 5-minute meetings, quarterly reporting to the Human Resource Director Organizes, maintains and audits employee folders Assist with event and training program planning, including but not limited to scheduling travel arrangements, catering, lodging, etc Assist in the development and administration of various human resource plans, policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
In addition to these typical duties, engage in other duties and special projects as assigned and required.
Public relations activities-- professional involvement in community engagement events and activities to maintain and build BonaDent's positive relationship with the surrounding community.
Ability, Skill, and Knowledge Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field SHRM-CP a plus Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and the highest level of confidentiality and privacy Strong team building and collaboration skills Excellent organizational and time management skills, including ability to multi-task effectively Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and HRIS systems (Paylocity) Creativity, motivation, and drive Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and effectively Ability to interface well with all departments of the company and to represent the Company in a highly professional manner.
