Position Summary ITT Goulds Pumps is among the most widely recognized and respected brands in the global pump industry, serving customers in the oil and gas, mining, power generation, chemical, pulp and paper, and general industrial markets. We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Director to work in our Seneca Falls location. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and direct the Parts Customer Service team to support North American sales and Seneca Falls Operations to provide timely response to our customers to help us win orders. In addition, lead and coordinate in a total quality manner, the activities of determining and then executing to the most effective response point in regards to customer demands. Furthermore, to ensure that customer satisfaction is relentlessly pursued amongst all operations. You will be responsible for establishing processes and administering policies for CS activities within IP. Essential Responsibilities Objectives related to this position - managing the overall process and obtaining incremental bookings, sales, favorable on time performance and reduction of product lead times. Achieving favorable or profitable impact on product that is processed through such method(s). To differentiate IPG from its competition by establishing and maintaining a global leadership position, within the Parts supplier market. Manage the quotation process with CSR's to ensure a timely and accurate response to our customers. Maintain & provide critical business reports to senior management on pertinent information relating to departmental performance and customer satisfaction. Supervise, coach and direct reports and maintain an organized goal oriented team. Support internal growth of employees and provide guidance & counseling when required. Continue to develop up front process that will drive change & improve overall performance, relating to entry of orders. Work with operations & factories to insure timely shipments of parts and to address issues that develop which require resolution to meet business goals and to maintain customer satisfaction. Interact with Sales, Marketing & CS teams to resolve issues and maintain levels of meeting the agreed upon schedules and objectives within our organization. Possess working knowledge of all the following functional areas:

BS Degree in either Business, Industrial Eng., Marketing or Manufacturing Experience in operations, planning, purchasing, marketing, sales and customer service, Industrial customer base. Familiar with business systems and menu sets. Understanding of manufacturing processes as well as relationship of cost Vs margin. Skilled in negotiations. Ability to define needs Vs wants. Ability to discuss technical issues. Able to manage multiple changing priorities. Customer Focus, Project Management
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account Management, Sales Management & OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
